Indian Hippy uses the very popular and secure CCAvenue payment gateway – i.e. the entire payment process takes place on the CCAvenue website itself, including entering/verification of your credit/debit card details. Further, we also accept funds via the highly secure and preferred payment gateway, PayPal. Rest assured, Indian Hippy does not capture or store any card details of customers. Buy with confidence!

Yes. A majority of our orders come from the US/UK. Items are delivered worldwide via courier at a nominal extra shipping cost.

 

Q> How do I return a product to Indian Hippy in case I am not satisfied?

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the same to us within one week of product delivery. You will need to only pay for the return shipping and send the product in question along with its original packing back to our Mumbai, India address. If your product is found to be dissatisfactory, we will arrange for a replacement. Q> Will the paint hold?

Rest assured, the paints will not fade. Typically, oil paintings last several lifetimes, and if kept under good conditions, they will never show signs of uneven fading or loss of coloration.

 

Q> How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once the item has been shipped, we will send you the full shipping details along with a link to the courier agency’s website that you can use to track your item.
